Pioneer ts-w304r Crazy sensitivity?

So I modeled a pioneer ts-w304r in WinISD in a 1.3 cu ft box that i have it in and using 225 watts. I then put an obsidian audio 12 in a 2 cu ft box tuned to 32hz using 450 watts. WinISD showed that the obsidian was only 1-2 dB Higher than the pioneer which was on half the wattage and in a sealed box.. Whats with this??

Anyone?? need to know so i can buy a second pioneer for $45 or wait and get the obsidian
