I just put pioneer 3 ways in the back and put pioneer 4 ways in the front and man, do they sound good! Way better than stock speakers. I drive a 99' f150.

for you spec freaks out there:

2 pioneer TSA6882 6x8s in the front

2 pioneer TSA6871 6x8s in the back

I just installed an amp and sub in a friends 99 F-150. The Pioneer speakers he used to replace his factory speakers sounded ok, just not enough bass. I believe he also used the 3-ways.

And x2...always nice to upgrade from factory speakers!

yup, it could go with a little more bass, but its a big upgrade over the stock speakers. i still haven't got out there and messed with the HU and set the equalizer and all that stuff.

thats what i upgraded from haha.
