Hey,
recently I installed the Pioneer SPH-DA250DAB in my Polo 6N2 with 4-doors and now I want to get new speakers.
(I know I just installed an 300€ head unit in a car that is valued like for 1000€ but this was my family car for 24 years and this car is my biggest love and is now my daily driver and I want make some upgrades because this car deserves for his service and 400 000+km)
Below is the wiring diagram.
This diagram is making me a bit confused.
First, I don't know what they want to tell when they refer the speakers as loudspeakers.
Second, I checked the new head unit manual and don't understand some of the specs
Here is the specs in the page 95 of the manual (https://www.manua.ls/pioneer/sph-da250dab/manual?p=95):
I am a bit clueless how to make my build (I just know what size I need for the speakers). I have 6 speakers but make no sense to me to have 2 "bass" speakers in the front. Also my head unit says that has 200W of power. If I make installed 400W of speakers what will happen? Will the music be so quiet that I will have to max out the volume in the unit?
I don't want a super build with super extra bass (is not what I like to listen) I want a set of speakers that has the most frequency range and mostly no distortion (my stock speakers distort so much and is so awful).
Can any of you give me ideas of what I should look for and tips for how to choose the speakers?
Thanks in advance!
