Also for Port I got 14" x 1.5". Port lenght 22"

you didnt take out the displacement of the sub which will change a lot. try 1.3 width instead. Should still be under the threshold for port noise and you will be tuned closer to 35.5hz.

The amp is capable of doing 500W RMS at 2 ohm but I will turn down the gains on the amp so I would get around 400W RMS. I played with some dimensions in WinIsd again and managed to get back down to 35Hz. Dimensions: 18.5"W *14.5"H * 17"D which equals to 1.98 cu ft. After port displacement and sub displacement I got 1.687 which I think is good enough??? Slot Port size is 13" * 1.5" * 22". For Rear Post velocity I got a peak of 93.6ft/s Peak. Will that be noticeable?

you wont have any port noise. 500 watts at 2 ohms is not what you will really see in real world numbers because of box/impedance rise. After box rise you will see closer to 4 to 6 ohms power wise so your actual ft/s is a lot less.

u basically gonna have my box just deeper not as wide., yeah wish u should be good on that sub., if u woulda got 1 like mine with little more power u be really happy, but the 3003 pro will work in that box when u don't if u ever upgrade the amp..

The only reson I didn`t got with the 3003 because it costed a little more. Today I designed my box in Sketchup I think it will turn out pretty good. I have attached some screenshots of the box maybe some one will find them helpful. When I build my box I will take some photos and post them her.

yep looks just like my box with 1/2" wider port..
