My father owns a pioneer n5 siorios radio and we keep on getting serious alerts that say annoying serious alerts that read "channel 001 is currently playing

We called siorios and tarted to reset it several times with no luck serious said it may have to do with my radio can some one help I just started out a nine hour car ride thank you In advance

weird....

sounds like a software issue. these guys deal mostly with hardware, but give them a call anyways and bounce the question off them. maybe they have heard of this issue before? maybe not.
