Pioneer blown pico fuse

OK so I'm sure I have a blown pico fuse thats common with Pioneer headunits. Grounding the RCAs took out alot of the noise but not all. I want to take it to a repair shop here in Japan but I want to make sure I can point out the correct fuse since communication is an issue. I see PGD which I think may be the pico ground and it looks like I have two pico fuses P1821 and P1823 is completely blank. If someone can tell me if I'm looking at the right fuse I'd appreciate it.

Did you test the one thats there to see if its blown? also is that spot thats blank missing a section of bridged conductor? often times they use just a small trace thats meant to burn open if rcas are grounded out

Or a temporary fix which may be an easier way to test would be to solder a wire from rca shields to head unit chassis but remember to fuse them like the pico fuse normally would.

how do you know it's blown? Seems like everyone with a Pio HU blames the pico fuse if they have noise issues. Did you plug/unplug RCA's with the HU powered up? That is the only way it should blow.

Grounding RCA's properly will fix the issue, so if that didn't help you have signal issues, not pico fuse issues...

yea, my old amp went crazy and was sending power to the subs with no music on. i unplugged the rcas to try and save the subs before they burned. ever since then the noise has been there. i tried grounding the rcas to chasis and it removed about 95% of the noise. i tried solder in place of those fuses but it didnt work like grounding the rca did. even those most of the noise is gone all the speakers and subs have a slight flutter that is constant even with no music. i can feel it slightly through my hand

i took it to the only audio repair shop i now of out here. he said he would send it to pioneer out here to see if it can be repaired. its probably gonna be cheaper to just buy another on amazon than having it repaired out here. everything in this country is crazy expensive.
