Pioneer avic-n2 will not open or close?

I have Avic-n2 and all of a sudden it just stop opening and closing. Right now the screen is flped up. Is there a repair kit to fix this problem?

i just don't want to wait 4-6weeks to get it fixed. That is along time. I was told they make a repair kit for it,but i dont have the part number.

haha i actually just finished helping install one of these an hour ago, we tested out an old one we had around the shop that was in pretty bad shape, the motor didnt work on it very well at all.

try taking it to a local shop and see if they know any repair shops around the area or anything.
