Pioneer / Alpine / Infinity??

I have a new pair of 6.5" Pioneer & 5 1/4 speakers (G Series). Would I notice a difference if i bought a pair of Infiniti or Alpines in the same "class" of speaker? I payed about $60 for the pair of Pioneers.

The Infinity Kappa speakers will sound better compared to Pioneer IMO, plus they are 2 ohm speakers so you can get more power to them off your amp.

That depends on if they will be powered by the HU or an external amp. Most head units aren't happy pushing 2 ohms.

im using a head unit to power my speakers. i know...not much bass. just wanna know...for my money, which are the best speakers

try the infinity ref, i used them off headunit power and they sounded pretty good imo
