Gunz That Turn on Nunz
you just dont get it do you? its not that one brand is better than the other. Its the model that matters along with how you are using it.lol they about same price., I like easy the 5800 looks easy (saw video) but if the convertor is better that's a good thing I had kenwood before just didn't love it nothing wrong with it.. i'll look at it.. well after that it's hard to find., crutchfield has it $129 +$30 for kit they used to give kits free and sonic still does but they don't have 301.... had to pick the 1 that's hard to find didn't u?, I was trying to get the pioneer cause yall have said repeatly pioneer is better (just yesterday in fact)
picking a brand just for the name is utterly stupid. You pick the specific model that suits your needs best. The one with the most features and build quality that fits your individual needs is the one veterans recommend.
For your individual needs, you do not need most of what the pioneer offers nor do you have the tuning knowledge or experience to make use of a majority of what that pioneer unit is all about so you basically just bought a 2 volt pre-out head unit 16 bit dac and time alignment and eq. Vs the kenwood you get 4 volt pre out, 24 bit dac, time alignment and EQ AND other tuning options that are extremely simple to use and makes big difference in sound quality
Whatever kenwood you used in the past is most likely garbage sorry to say its pretty much a fact imo considering all your poor purchase choices so far. technology has advanced and picking head units, you need to pick the proper model not just oh its a kenwood oh its a pioneer. NO thats the stupidest way to buy your head unit. You really need to look at what the head unit can do, its build quality, its sound tuning features, its modern day features and reviews to see if it has reliability or other issues. Hint you only look at all the other stuff after sound tuning features and specs if it passes the build quality and sound tuning features and specs from the start.
Dont fking buy sonic or crutchfield then go to amazon like i originally showed you, pay the 110, then buy the dash kit which is dirt cheap around 15-20 bucks. Wiring hardness is 7 bucks.
Another head unit to consider since you arent running any amps at all is the sony mex 100 bt. It has a built in 40 rms amp thats been tested to do its rated power. it'll give proper power to your speakers without you having to run an amp.
See a pattern here? No brand loyalty, just recognize what models of head units are reliable and can do the best job in serving your needs.
