RICHLAND, Miss. – KICKER dealer Pro Audio Center did the work on this bone-rattling 2006 Dodge Magnum, which serves as a deputy's vehicle for the Rankin County Sheriff’s Department. Pro Audio owners Buddy and Jimmy Ham donated $25,000 in products and services to the project over a five-month period.

“I really appreciate all that Jimmy and Pro Audio Center have done for the Sheriff’s Department,” Sheriff Ronnie Pennington said.

Criminals ride in style in this fully functional police car, but all of the standard equipment has been modified to blend into the car’s interior. Twenty-two KICKER speakers, including two square 12-inch subwoofers in a ported custom enclosure, run off 2,000 watts of KICKER-amplified power. Speakers are also molded in the upper hatch with a 15-inch, flat-panel Clarion monitor for demo purposes. Hundreds of blue LED lights are individually installed as well, inside and out.

Kids really enjoy the sound and look, and a tool like Rankin County’s KICKER Magnum helps immensely by giving local law enforcement an even more positive image.

2 12" L7s im sure on 2k watts....and they call it "bone rattling"....lol.

so they have 20 speakers for mids and highs but only 2 subs? a little unbalanced there...

true, i've owned 2 decent 12s on 2k watts and i know what they can do...but the only times you'll usually ever see 10 sets of comps or whatever he has...is in a groundpounder thats doing like 155+...

Both of the DARE cars here(98 Camaro & 05 Mustang) have had JL systems donated by a local shop. My dad is a cop(teaches the police acadamy- think Capt. Harris) his office is right next to DARE's. I have demo'd both of them. Both have 2 sets of comps on a 300/4 and 2 12W3 on a 500/1. Both sound great.

When they retire the Camaro( not even in sight yet) I get to uninstall the gear and keep it for a "donation" to Dare.

Come sit in my truck with 1 12". Im sure you will think differently.

On a side note. Our local Sheriff's DARE (Drug Awareness Unit) SUV is pretty pimped out. 22's and a decent audio setup.

town next to mine has a nice mustang on the force..not sure the setup but ive heard it a few times and its got some good lookin rims.

over this past summer my town demoed a dodge charger that was modified both with things for looks and the engine. i believe it had around 550hp at the wheels, every possible panel of the exterior had LED's, and the setup did not include subs but had some nice components that sounded pretty good....when those lights went on at night it literaly lit up everything within 20 feet of the car..i would hate to look in the rear view and see that thing..ill try to find some pics

I think 2 12's off 2000 watts could have the possibilty to get pretty loud. I dont know what would make you think that couldnt get loud.
