Pardon my ignorance if we've already got one of these topics.

Anyway, the concept is simple -- take a picture of your trunk, back seat, wall, hatch, cargo space, doors, head unit, etc. as it sits. I'm interested in seeing how people have their subs/ports oriented, and what everyone's got going on for mids and highs.

If you don't have a camera, don't worry! You can write(in paragraph form, preferably) about what you've got.

As for me, I'm broke with no job, and I don't have a substage. I've got a pair of ID CTX65s(yes, coaxials) up front powered by an older Power Acoustik two channel, and I've got a pair of Morel Maximo 6x9s in the back powered by my Pioneer DEH-P4000UB. I'll post a picture tomorrow.

HU is a pioneer 6100ub. Door speakers are Premier comps up front, premier 3 way 6x9s in the back. Sub stage is a pyramid PWX15 in 4cf net @ 32hz or a 12" infinity kappa perfect in 2.2cf @ 33hz. I swap them out depending on trunk space i need. Amp is a Orion cobalt co600.2. Does about 600w rms. This is in the daily car, its pretty decent. Have much bigger things in other rides that are under construction.

You would be correct sir. I used to have 2 of them ported on an M1000 in a trunk car and completely destroyed a local guy at a comp who had 2 L7 15s on a ZX1500 in a PT loser.

Were those the ones made by Emminence? Some solid drivers if they're the ones I'm thinking of....just goes to show, even a blind squirrel gets a nut now and again

Its about 3-4" away from the hatch, but it still gives respectable output so it doesn't really bother me.

oh ok looks closer in the picture. I still wish i put my subs on top maybe in the spring.
