Pico Fuse????

I got a question guys, I just recently start hearing this problem...I started to notice engine whine and background noise at low levels but when I turn it up then it completely goes away. I can turn it back down and it wont make the noise unless I keep it at really low levels for 5+ minutes...Is this signs of the pico fuse??? I remember my other pioneer blew the pico fuse but it gave me engine whine throughout the volume range and never stopped. But now it gives me whine every now and then and only when I have the volume at a real low level...

yea i was kinda dreading doing this as I really dont wanna go through the trouble of getting this headunit back out the dash...especially since I just added a isolator and another battery and had to rewire everything in the trunk...
