I just ordered some boston acoustics sl60 6.5 for 160 bucks but im realllllllly tempted to get my money back and buy a pair of these. any opinions?

the only other thing i could ask for in a head unit right now would be seperate L/R EQ's. i don't plan to go active anytime soon.

i have a pretty good EQ on this unit and i bet i could get them to look pretty flat on an RTA graph. i would like to get an RTA setup and see but i like how they sound now so i don't think it would help me much.

i'm sure. i have heard it can make a good difference. maybe someday. all i would need is another small amp for the tweets and a deck like the 880prs that can do active. i'm sticking with the simplicity of passive for right now. i couldn't be happier with what i have right now IMO. for spending what i have spent i think it sounds great.

they don't look that deep but i guess they are. thats what the sheet says. i used a 3/4" mdf spacer on mine. i wasn't worried about depth, i knew i could make it work in my car so i did.
