Phoenix Gold RSD's... BELIEVE THE HYPE!!!

dosent matter.... in half your post in here you still come off like the all knowing prick
that's the attitude of this forum... all knowing pricks are everywhere

many do it just to fit in.

anyhow, are there any other reviews of this set actively

they don't look that deep but i guess they are. thats what the sheet says. i used a 3/4" mdf spacer on mine. i wasn't worried about depth, i knew i could make it work in my car so i did.

Ordered these as a spacer for mine. They should mount to the factory rivets. It says the adapter is 7/8" deep for "clearance". Hopefully that will be sufficient.

you have a toyota car right? if so you probably had pretty much the same stock speakers as me which were actually kinda deep. i don't think you'll have a problem especially with a 7/8" spacer.

I have to tell you guys, Tcguy convinced me to get the RSD's and I could NOT be happier with anything for $87! They have amazing midbass response and for those without a subwoofer, they can even extend quite low and deliver some very powerful bass, while retaining their clarity and crispness in the highs and mids.

They really are a great set for what you pay, not to mention, they just look plain pretty //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

nice to see that your looking around over here my fellow tC owner. haha

i think you'll be ok. you might even have the same stock fronts that i had. from that pic on ebay it's the same shape baffle that i made for mine.
Front speakers look like this:

These idiots remove the cone/spider/etc. of the speaker and mount the aftermarket sets to the old plastic speaker ring //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crazy.gif.c13912c32de98515d3142759a824dae7.gif
