PG RSD component sets: $59

eh i think the bandwagon has come to a stop on these, which is great, these never impressed me

Compared to the ES comps they wouldent impress me either. But for 60 bucks they are a great value. I mean for 60 bucks you could go get some Pyle components that would truely sound like shit. Or you could get the PGs that would have decent sound for a good price.

What have you run, at this price range, that compare in mid-bass?
I have installed ALOT of budget comps in my friends cars, including these.

From Pioneer, boss, these,CDT's budgest CL series, lower line Bostons to name a few.

And to me the bostons sounded the best.

All of these set ups had a decent amp with decent power going to them.

The doors were not heavily deadend or anything....which is why it was a budget build.

Which Boston's? What was the price?

I'm not knocking you or flaming, I'm actually needing a pair of speakers for my girls Nitro. HU power only right now, few months down I'll install the amps (just too cold right now)
