Figured I would share one of mine....

I did this install with alpineinstaller at his old shop. Anyways a 90s body style suburban comes into the shop wanting us to install 4 Sony Xplod 12s in 2 Pre-fab boxes running off of a Sony 1200W amp, and 4 6x9s running off of a small jensen 2 channel. The shop owner agreed to this and we agreed to do the install the next day. So 10 am rolls around the following day and the guy drops off his suburban. Blake drives it around and we open up the back to see what kind of shape all of the equipment is in. I was shocked...the boxes were water logged (still wet) and there was mold all over the carpet on the boxes. The amps looked as if they had been drug behind a car for a few miles and the 6x9s were in just as bad shape. but by far the best part of the install was finding a loaded hand gun in the engine compartment in the fuse box. That vehicle was absolutly disgusting, and when we got everything hooked up the Xplods...Exploded the box forcing air out of the bottom of the soaking wet boxes. Me and blake laughed for good hour while we were listening to this POS system. So the next day the guy comes in and picks up his truck, and you know what happens next......."DAYYYYUM this **** sounds amazing its so Fucking loud, IT GOES BOOOM LIKE SOOOOO" I just shook my head...

I bought a ford escort Station Wagon for $600 at an auction. It had some dog hair in it from what I saw, but it ran.

Well it turns out as soon as the sun comes up it smelled sharply of something dead... the whole inside of the car smelled so bad of wet dogs it was sickening.

The dogs had blasted diahrea in between the backseat and it dried, and someone or something barfed in the center console. I got literally a half a shop vac full of dog hair... It still smells bad.

My story is not as bad as finding used condoms or req's install. But one of my friends purchased a '94 taurus from a chick down his street. He also had 2 '03 cvr's and a kenwood amp from his last vehicle. So when I was running the power wire to his amp I noticed a dried up white stain about 2.5-3 inches long. I immediately knew it was a jizz stain. After I installed the amp and subs I was about to tell him what was on his back seat, but before I said anything he told me to watch out for a jizz stain from the previous owner on the back seat. I've found a few condoms and/or wrappers.

For some reason I've done a lot of cars where the bottom piece on the back seat is waterlogged and reeks of mold.

One time we found a dead rat under the back seat.

Ummm...one car I did we found 2 big black garbage bags FILLED with porn

Another car we found 2 porn DVD's- midget porn and beastiality. They were sitting right in the trunk, front and center. You'd imagine if you are going to have someone install a box in your trunk, you'd want to take out your funky fetish porn.

One guy had a stockpile of mud/dirt in his trunk...refused to work on it when I saw it.

We did a radio install in some guys car, he came in with his dog and hung around, there was dog **** on the back seat. That was fun.

hmm, seen the condoms, used and un used. Several dead rodents. Assorted porn mags, and videos. Found a few *****'s in a dudes car one time. I would say the nastiest would have to have been a late 80's cavalier. The guy bought some subs and and an amp at cc and wanted us to install it for him. The drivers seat consisted of a rusted out frame, a couple of pillows, and 4 or 5 sweaty, greasy, just plain nasty looking seat covers stretched over the seat frame and pillows. There was a nasty looking streak in the middle of the seat portion of the seat cover. Not sure wtf it was. Didn't really want to know. The seat literally rocked back and forth. Upon further investigation the seat was in fact still bolted to the floor. The floor pan under the drivers seat was starting to break away. There were only remnants of a center console left. The carpet was so nasty and gummed up with stuff it actually looked more like vinyl. I spent 5 or 10 minutes trying to pull up what I thought were floor mats. Couldn't do anything about the smell in the car. It reeked of foot and arse something terrible. With the smell of aging corn chips thrown in for good measure. Reluctantly we got everything cleaned out, and put the system in. Guy comes back, sees the car is actually clean. Makes some stupid joke about a trash bag or something.
