Eh, I'd assume let it go. The sad thing for me is the logic behind it and the things people tell themselves to make it "ok" to break TOS. Like scammers or Phats long...long, standing feud with Chinny.

If scammers are a problem, don't buy **** from classifieds or ask a mod to close the classifieds section.

I disagree with that. Scammers need to be put in their place. When someone sees somebody with 3 negative dots, 2 bad refs, and are constantly getting called out on it, buyers will not want to deal with them. That was the goal of the rep system, was it not? To help people weed out the good from the bad when dealing with other forum members in a cash-exchanged transaction or trade?
