I disagree with that. Scammers need to be put in their place. When someone sees somebody with 3 negative dots, 2 bad refs, and are constantly getting called out on it, buyers will not want to deal with them. That was the goal of the rep system, was it not? To help people weed out the good from the bad when dealing with other forum members in a cash-exchanged transaction or trade?
