how do i get my money back from someone.. this transaction took place 3 day's ago... do i file a claim?

yeah u have to go into the security center and file a claim... its pretty easy actually paypal investigates it and usually comes out good

good casue im pretty sure i got scammed by Marcusb419er, he siad he shipped it, but didnt have my, name, adress. didnt even shoot me a tracking number.... where talking 500.00 dollers here soo... i want that back!!!

yes i did.. he has yet to respond... he told me he wasnt a scammer. but i dont feal good about the situation..

that he could have???? i dunno... still you should be able to give me a tracking number!!! he need's to treat this like a buisness not a i will get back to you later on that....

if you sent him money through paypal then it gave him whatever address you hve registered there. id say wait a week to see if you get it before you file a claim. i think you have 30 days to file the claim. he might just be a crappy seller rather than scammer.

i have field a claim.. but you do have a set time to keep the claim open. so i will wait. and if the amp show's then i will drop the claim..
