The only comment I have is to use shorter screws to secure the amp and then use acorn nuts. Will clean the look up even more.

Very nice. If heat does end up being a problem, couldn't you just flip the amps right side up and use longer screws?

About the amps heating up, I don't think that'll be a problem being that it's a hatchback/wagon type of car. roll down the windows and walla... cooled amps.

just a question i thought it was bad on amps to mount them upside down cuz they are less effecint in cooling that way? correct me if im wrong but other than that looks nice

yeah they won't cool as well in that position. terrible spot for cooling that is.

Oh and being a hatch back won't make a difference much. the compartment is completely sealed from the cabin when the amp rack is in the down position. heat rises and it only stands to reason that those amps will be running hotter than normal.

Yes, that is a given and has was considered before the install. Like I said, we shall see. I have to fix some RCAs tomorrow and then I'll have my sub working.

they will run just fine upside down. just like any other amp on the planet will run in any orientation, how long they will run under large loads? who knows. but im sure those amps will be fine. they have HUGE heatsinks to dissapate the heat, and im sure the transformers\mosfets can take alot of heat as well. if you are worried at all, throw a couple of 60mm fans near them.
