Passive Radiator

I'm waiting for my sundown 1000D to come in the mail and while it's been out I've been using my old mrd 650 to run one of the subs in my enclosure, while the other has been running as a passive radiator. My question is, will this cause any damage to the suspension in the subwoofer that I have been using as a passive radiator, or am I fine to have done this?

ehh....this is bad and can cause blown subs. A subwoofer is not a passive radiaotr

Aggh, now I feel stupid... hmmm well I guess everyone does something retarded every now and then... I'll never do that again, and if my sub is indeed blown I guess I will be paying for making assumptions before asking questions...
