sound deading question help please

i have a 2005 300 c and about to install 2 12' type r on a mtx 81000d running at 2 ohm so the bass is going to be pretty crazy i know but i am going to deaning the sound im just thinkg about doing the trunk lid and maybe the rear deck do you the that will be enough or do i need to do more let me know. and beside dynamat with i know works pretty good but pretty costly. what are so other good or better sound deadners out their best for the buck? thanks i lot

Go get some Raamat. Do the trouble areas first. Its a Sherlok Holmes rattle find to start. Do the widest places after that than deaden the whole **** thing...lol Little squirts of Great Stuff here and there helps alot on the trunklids also. Check the latch first thats usually the noisiest part. Make a gasket for it and make sure its nice and tight.

I wont say it is "better" than dynamat, but it is a good product that costs a helluva lot less. Short answer -- if I was buying I would go with Rammat.
