I have a 96 yukon. I did the big 3 upgrade already. Im planning on running a second battery up front. Im going to run 0 gauge between the 2 batteries. My question is should i go out and buy 0 gauge wire to run from the second battery up front to a distributer in back and from there run 4 gauge to the amps? Or since i already have a couple 20 ft runs of 4gauge wire can i just use those and do a few 4guage runs to the back? Keep in mind i really dont have the money to spend but if the majority vote tends to lean to the 0 gauge being the best transfer of power then so be it.

you can do multiple runs of 4 gauge if you have it and the wire is large enough to support the demand of the amps.
