Passive Crossover wiring

I'm having a huge brain fart moment and i can't remember how to hook up my crossovers. I lost the instructions a long time ago so no help there.

I have a set of MB Quart QM 218.61 components that i took out of the car while the door panels are getting painted and need some help hooking them back up.

The crossover has 2 inputs (high and low) and two outputs (high and low).

How do i wire these things up? I have a 4x75 amp.

Sending 2 channels to each side would be considered bi-amping right?

How do i get these things powered if i just had one set of wires running to it?
