I have never worked on a car like this one. Some cars have predrilled holes covered with a rubber plug on the firewall. In the installs I have done I drill a hole trought the firewall (be carefull not to hit anything) use a rubber gromet and run your wire. You can also go ghetto and cut a hole through your steering boot on the firewall and go through there.

IIRC on most Hondas, there will be a hole in the firewall under the glove compartment on the passenger side (on the same side as your battery).
