Panel vibration help...

so in my 09 civic i have plastic panels EVERYWHERE!!!! I'm mainly concerned with the door panels and the rear window deck along with the side panels. the vibrate agains each other something fierce. the side panels are starting to come off also which makes the problem worse. on the rear deck i have put window sealer strip where i think the panel with vibrate but in-between the side panels and the metal of the car what can i put there to stop the vibration? along with in-between the panels themselves? sound deadening won't help this because its no the metal thats making the noise at this point. and the window sealer isn't cutting it. so how do i solve this problem??? thanks in advance

thanks for all the feed back. i forgot to meant ion I'm on a budget. but ill check the stuff out quick. and this stuff won't mess with my side airbags when/ if they deploy?

also for alot of ccf you can buy full sheets of this stuff pretty cheap.... Closed Cell Foam - 1/2 x 48 x 72 Closed Cell Foam

No I wouldn't use the sponge... they have Neoprene wrap over CCF body, neoprene is a sound dampening material just not a whole lot... when i do my rear deck i'm using .5inch neoprene with 1" memory foam for the compression on it

take the panels off use so spray glue press it on put the panels back on over it

okay ill try this out. what kind of spray glue? cuz won't some kinds eat through this stuff??
