Painting Type R cones

fuk dude...you plan on using that?
no joke slapp some duct tape over the hole and reson it
that ran across my mind..the 1 with the hole is gunna take some work but i WILL make it work..i could ghetto rig it but though i'd go the extra step and make it work and look proper

*tip of tounge*
wtf does that look like????

yea, i've been thinking all day how i was gunna do it...

how many coats did you put on. ect...i like it, very subtle
3 coats of primer... it looked surprisingly good...

for the R with a hole in the cone you can use glass + resin on the back and then use body filler to even out the front... its a ***** to make it perfectly smooth, but looks great when you finish...

the R in my pictures had a dented cone from poor packaging (its hard to tell from the angle of the first picture). I got it almost perfectly smooth with an hour of work, and it looks more than presentable now //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

fix the hole in the messed up one and mount them all inverted.....

then you would never know they are fawked up. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

now you could suprise me here, but that one w/ the hole looks ****ed up.... like i dont think its ever gonna play right... would be much cheaper to just replace it or recone it... but if you're just doing it to fuk around... i think it would be sweet to put some bondo in the middle and then cut a 3d design out... like a 3d R or somehting maybe.... or just paint the surround pink and put a funky pup sticker in the middle //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif lol

i got a type r with a small hole in the surround like that, and i just glued another dustcap right over the old one, now i have a type r that sais spl on it

heres the dustcap
