Looks fine, not sure about warranty. Arc KS 300.4 is a good option. I know on paper it doesn't say it has the power you need, but that little thing is a monster. I have the 2 channel version running 150W speakers and it's awesome. I recommend finding a dealer close to you or PM tallc on here. You can def also buy from trumpet, pretty sure you'd be happy with a PPI. From experience, I wouldn't focus too much on warranty. I've had numerous amps driving the mids - power acoustik, JBL, Arc, hifonics, etc. The only one that crapped was the hifonics and that was after about 5yrs.

The arc KS 300.4 looks like a nice amp, it's just out of my price range though. I'd go through a dealer but it might not be cost effective for them to compete with amazon, considering amazon is so cheap and has the 1yr warranty for free. If they can do that and still be comfortable I'd prefer to buy from a small shop dealer, let me know.
