RF t1000-1bdcp or JL 1000/1

Hey so i have a JL 1000/1 and i also have a rockford t400-4. My issue is that i want to match my amps. I have the chance to trade the JL for a RF t1000-1. Would this be a good trade? i will have matching amps and they are both rockford which is my fav brand. Or, should i sell the t400-4 and get a JL 300/4? I would like to have all rockford but i wanted a more professional opinion of what i should do. Thanks guys.

The JL is a much better amp. Both have low efficiency but the JL will make power even with voltage drop. It also has a better CO section

well to fix voltage problem i will have my xs power battery and the big 3 done. would you still prefer the JL? and also the t1000 is my old amp, i sold it to my buddy and i was trying to get it back, and it was purchased new in 2014. So its a lot newer compared to the JL which is the first edition slash amp

The Jl puts out power at 1.5 -4 ohms and at 12.5 volts up. It's underrated and has great sq. Just a better amp imo

so how much do you really think its putting out at say 14v? ill have a kinetik hc2000

They are very tightly regulated. It won't put out much over rated.

I agree^^^ I've heard as high as 1100-1200 watts clamped. Solid 1000 watts at all times

but with the rockford ill have more power anways at 4 ohms becasue the birth sheet is about 900 rms at 4 ohms and with the kinetic, big 3, and my lc7i will all help that out. Or would all those benefit the JL just as much?

Birth sheets are measured dynamic and at a higher frequency that you won't use. It's marketing BS at its finest. Rockford is a lying cover up company that supports Moto cross riders not this hobby.

On the meter it should be. To the ear I doubt you would notice.

in your opinion, should i get the JL 300/4 to match the amps or keep my t400-4
