do you have the high pass filter on? if you do, and the intelli q is set wrong, or the dial to the right of the intelli q is low (basically a bass boost), that could be the issue. the low pass filter on this amp is actually the high frequency cut off, and the high pass filter is the subsonic filter. make sure you didnt screw that up... i'd try a different set of RCA's as well, maybe one is junk and you are only getting half the signal, my buddy had that happen to him.
