Help choosing between these 2 amps

Hey guys, I'm thinking for buying this amp to run my mids and tweets. Found a deal, not sure if it is but its a private deal. The amps are a Kicker KX200.4 and Rockford 120.2.

Which is a cleaner/louder amp? I have an old Punch 45 ('88). Would these amps be louder/cleaner than my old Punch.

As far as pricing, I think he wants 175 CA for the Kicker and 110 CA for the fosgate. Is this a good deal?
