I have a $1200 limit, and I am ordering from sonicelectronix as I live close by and can pick them up.

The setup is going into a 2004 Toyota Sienna.

Deck: Pioneer AVH-P3200BT

Front Comps: Infinity Kappa 60.9cs

Rear Spkrs: Infinity Kappa 652.9i

Main Amp: Infinity Reference 475a

Sub: 12" Alpine Type R SWR-1223D

Sub Amp: Kenwood KAC-8105D

I've heard that the Kappa's are harsh, and the tweeters can blow pretty easily, however what other options would be better in the same price range?

What about the Sub's amp?

Any suggestions would be appreciated immensely //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

i wouldnt get the Kappas....good loud speakers but when i had them i sold them about 2 weeks after install!

very harsh and high pitched as you mentioned, there are all kinds of comps in the price range!

After selling the Kappas i went to alpine (however im not a fan of alpine) theyre speakers are very clean and crisp IMO

^^^^ I would do this.
