ordering 2morrow need input fast!!

im gonna call up RE 2morrow and get sum subs. i have a 01 mitsubish eclipse ill have bout 4 cu ft to work with for ports and everything. i want a sql system. i listen to mostly rap and i want the subs to keep up with the fast beats. i will get the amp to match the subs later. 2 10's 2 12's or 1 15?and what model? (keep in mind the space i have) ne opinions would b VERY helpful. peace

I would wait a few days until they get that RE Group Buy mess figured out. Save some $$.

I would get 2 10" SE's. Should sound nice in a Eclipse.

dont think your gonna fit that with only 4 cubes TOTAL. your best option is to go with a really good single 12" or a 15" that doesnt need a big box. ill suggest a single xxx in a nice ported box. face the sub up towards the hatch and you should get plenty loud. single 12" doesnt seem like it would get that loud, but trust me, with a xxx or something in that catagory itll work just fine.

a single 12 with the right wattage and a good install will blow you away. if you are scared, maybe a sealed 15... but id go with a ported 12sx TBH

also, i'd run a single 15''. the sx probably. again, i've never heard any RE products but this model comes highly recommended. its also recommended to be in a box 3.5 cuft + port (and also sub displacement i'm assuming). with a little calculation you should be able to fit a box around exactly 4 cu ft total internal volume. sounds like the best choice to me.
