i was actually thinking the same thing using 2x4 on the sides and top to mount the three trims , i am going to put a .75 flush plate on the baffle then .75 trim the on sides , i was thinking of using like some weather striping to seal the trims tho , jus kina worried about sealing the side windows , maybe tape on the back side of the trim edge ?for my walls ive put 2x4s around all three edges leaving .75 inch from the 2x4 to the front baffle edge and then i cut out peices to fit the weird shapes around the box. but also put 2x4s bracing from the 2x4s that are laying on the box like i mentioned to the ceiling and side walls... i doubt you can understand what i just wrote ha

Buy yourself some garbage bags and fill 'em full of foam, should seal it off pretty well and when you decide to tear it down - you wont have foam all over everything you can just rip the garbage bags out without getting overly messy and having to replace shit.
