Opinions?

So, I'm in the market for some subs and an amp. I'm going for SQ and this is what I've come up with:

Sub: FI Q 12

Amp: Audioque AQ1200D

Do the products seem alright? Also, these are going in a Tahoe. Box-wise would it be better to go sealed or ported?
