What should I tune my box to? I have a single 12 xxx on 1500rms.. Im thinking i wanna go for 29/30hz?

I normally wouldnt say it, but with that driver, 27-28hz...with most other drivers I would say 30-32hz

and why for THIS sub you suggest lower tuning?

FS is so low(21hz) that when you tune higher you get a good sized peak, even with a normal low-30's tuning that would give you a smooth response with most subs. It'll also work well in sealed boxes.
