well he'll be good with that amp its not going to be to tooo much load to hes electrical depending on what vehicle he has

hifonics brutus amps are not trash ive owned the bxi2008d 2000rms watt mono amp and has been very powerful and great amp im actually selling mine if ur interested

Sure are. They dont do rated power cleanly.

the HFI and the BXI line is meh at best...the BRZ is good but for the price you can just get an mb quart instead

Hifonics does make great amps just the HFI series is their lowest series of amplifiers
