opinions on new setup

hello everyone, ive been doing tons of research and i think ive finally narrowed down my search for my next (2nd) ever system.

I have a 2000' Honda CR-V so i have the entire cargo area to play with. I currently have a Pioneer GM-5400T (about 380wrms) running a 12" Sony xplod(feel free to laugh i deserve it). Anyways its gotten me wanting so much more. I am pretty much dead set on an RE Audio SX 18" in ~7.0 ft. ported box at ~32hz powered by a RF T1500 amp. This will be the beginning of my first REAL system and i am already looking at kinetik batteries/HO amps etc. I am just wondering what any of you guys think of my proposed setup as far as the lows are concerned. I am just beginning to look into my mids and highs but i would love some constructive criticism. P/S I am looking to hit LOW and LOUD. I am not going for all out SPL, some SQ would be nice. but mainly i want to hit reaaal low

I would tune lower, like 26-28 if you want it to hit reeeeal low.

i have heard that tuning around 25-27hz has similar effects to running in a sealed enclosure.. again this is just what ive read... if it will help me get lower i am not at all against it.. how much will porting that low hurt the 40-60 range? i read that the Fs on the SX series was around 33hz and the MX is closer to 16hz, i understand that the Fs has to do with free air resonance but does this have much to do with the end output at those levels once in an enclosure? one other question,, do different amps have any affect on the signal being stronger at different frequencies or is that mostly in the sub/box setup?
