Crack laws are what they are as a response to the Crack epidemic of the 80's. Nothing to do with race.

Who you think started the crack epidemic? Who introduced crack? Black people in the ghetto have no boats or airplanes. Poor black people wouldn't have the chemical knowledge to make crack. I know many crack heads and coke heads and they both addicts. They both willing to steal to feed they habit. It's racist in itself that you think it's justified to give people who use crack harsher punishment than people who use powder. Because it is mainly blacks who get caught with crack. When the addiction cause both blacks and whites to commit the same crimes for money, act the same, etc.

Like I said before, enlighten me. What is this PROOF you speak of? In America your future is determined not at birth but as the consequence, good or bad, of the choices you make and the effort you put forth. There is no such thing as a true victim of society. The only race that can be discriminated against legally is the white race. I have plenty of PROOF of that. Ever heard of affirmative action??

Bad Grammer on internet. Yes that's my fault, as I don't really care on the internet. Read one of my essays or research papers and that's spot on. Yes I have heard/ read about affirmative action. What's wrong with levaling the playing feild? Laws like that only exists because the playing field isn't leval from the beginning. White people start out ahead. I will attempt to find my old research papers that were beastly sourced. Some books I've read. Studies that have happened, and research that has been done if you seriously would like to learn more about the sociological accepts of our "amazing" country.

They aren't looting and rioting because of the color of their skin. There are very bad people out there that fill their heads full of lies and misinformation for their own personal gain. Just get the fire started and let the mob mentality take it from there. Whenever you see the fire calming down send in Eric Holder or Sharpton to stoke the flames.

What you want people to do. True facts usually come in studies that are pdf files, long essays, etc lol. Ya want us to Post 30 page essays on a car audio site when very few people care as their lives are fine and dandy. So who cares about others oppression.

Related to Ferguson. No one can post facts as no one knows what really went on that's involved with this forum lol. We can only post on how we feel about the reactions of the community.

I lived most my life in the Mississippi delta. About a mile outside of Mound Bayou Mississippi, in Merigold. Mound Bayou is the First and only entirely African American incorporated city in America. Now it's around 98% African American, but nonetheless, crime is around 30% lower than the national average. The majority workforce in Mound Bayou consists of Educators and Law enforcement. Even outside of the city of Mound Bayou, just in the Mississippi Delta (the poorest part of the poorest state in our country) crime is still much lower than the national average.

And mind you, this is the most racially divided part of our country. I don't know if race is the problem or not, but I know it's not the viable option until the media tells you it is.

I agree with you completely the people doing the rioting most likely aren't doing that to stop oppression, spread there opinion, or are protesting. Most likely they are just bad apples who want to steal.That doesn't diminish that the riots are getting people talking about systematic racism. Which is good.

im my opinion the government over reacted, but the living classes quickly separated and showed how much a little turmoil can cause a lot of crime. sure the first protesters had good intentions, but when you have criminals taking advantage of the situation and are hiding behind the crowds the police had to take control of the situation to protect the business owners and the general public. it has died down quite a bit recently and the police have turned more or less back to normal police instead of wannabe military.

more or less if the dumb as$es wouldnt of turned to looting and riots the govt wouldnt of reacted so harsh, but the reaction by the police couldve just been lack of training as well as this hasnt happened before in that area and i seriously doubt the chief had any idea how to control the crowds. he prolly figured a show of force would make the crowds back off; instead it fueled the fire.

really i think both sides flew off the handle and jumped to conclusions since the investigation isnt even complete yet

that's all we do is sit around thinkin of ways to keep black people down or execution style murder young black innocent teenagers, cause we jealous of the black man
