Opinions on Components Purchase

I am about to order some components but want opinions before i purchase.I listen to mostly Rap and R&B.I want something with an amazing tweeter that is just as clear as a bell.I was thinking about going with the Rainbow SLC 365's,MB Quart,or some other top notch name and where can i order them from for a pretty good price?I have around 400.00 dollars to spend.Your help would be appreciated.I ordered 6.5" kick panels already and will be putting it in a Buick Grand National.They will run off of a JL Audio 450/4 along with my Pioneer 5way 6x9's.

Just a nice overall sound but im mainly concerned about the tweets being extra clear

JL's would be high up on my component choices. i've heard TR's and own XR's.

the XR's get real loud while staying really clear.
