Current setup. panasonic 7" indash, memphis 16x03, pg xenon 100.2 on cdt cl62 compnents. pg 600.2 on 2 10" stage 2 rf's (soon to be 2 rli soundsplinters)

question1. do i need to be giving those components the full 150rms or should the xenon get the job done?

question 2. is that memphis a good sound processor? I have and audiocontrol eql in my room and i was thinking about swapping it out. will that be better or worse?

also what are some of the best processors out there?
