Opinions Needed on 10" Subs

You could look at a 12" btl possibly.
This thought has went through my mind so many times. Only thing is I'm scared that I might loose output going from (2) 10's to (1) 12".

I keep jumping around with different ideas. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

Thoughts in mind as of today and the "problems" with each:

Pair of 10" Nightshades :boobies: The price might a bit steep for me.

Cheaper pair of 10's and the problem of each not being able to handle 1.5k

12" BTL or Mach 5 Audio SPL. Problem of possibly loosing output.

Opinions?

Yeah, I am really trying to stay away from spending 600+ even though some of my options might surpass that.

Idk, I got plenty of time to decide.

Giving subs more power really wakes them up. The MRP-500 is pretty low power. You would really notice more authority in your bass.

I’m sure they will be a good budget setup. I think they will lack some midbass but door treatment is super important so definitely be sure to do...
