Hey guys,

I'm a novice level audio guy, so I was hoping to get some input on my system, maybe ways to get more power or optimize performance. Anyway, here's my setup in my 2007 Altima.

Head unit: Pioneer DEH-P5000UB

Sub Amp (bridged): Cadence TXA3002 - 4 Ohm RMS Power: 2 x 150 Watts @ 13.8 Volts, 2 Ohm RMS Power: 2 x 300 Watts @ 13.8 Volts, 4 Ohm Bridged RMS Power: 1 x 600 Watts @ 13.8 Volts

Sub: 12" Alpine Type-R dual 2 ohm

Components: PG rsd65cs

Amp - Comps: Cadence TXA-1502 - 4 ohm RMS Power: 2 x 75 Watts, 2 ohm RMS Power: 2 x 150 Watts. Crossover mounted on kick panel.

I have absolutely no experience in tuning, so what should I adjust on my head unit to get the most out of my comps?

Lastly, I currently have 3" dash speakers and the stock rear speakers above the trunk. What would be the benefit of disconnecting these altogether, or would it be better to have everything playing at once? Wow, lots of questions, any advice is greatly appreciated!

Giving subs more power really wakes them up. The MRP-500 is pretty low power. You would really notice more authority in your bass.

I’m sure they will be a good budget setup. I think they will lack some midbass but door treatment is super important so definitely be sure to do...
