Id get rid of the 15, and run a pair of 12s,beef up the electrical, and get good mono amp of 1k-2k at 1ohm@100db,or build the box inside the trunk for the 15 and get some cu ft in there, and start deadning the trunk/doors/floors/and roof as well as some plywood or MDF the roof up,and take the back seat out,use the trunk space for the box build for the subs..subs forward/port forward..You want spl, but you have a tin canned body to work with that isnt sealed off/enclosed.Give that 15 some cu ft it needs to perform..or get a pair of SSD FI 1k-1.5k rms-12s in which would more than likely be much better in my opinion,and an American Bass VLF 100.1 and throw in there.That will get r done,or throw that amp on the 15, and do the cu ft needed for that 15 right

You need more power and higher tuning if you want numbers.

your right buck. i think numbers equal loudness tho right? Im going to explain what i want. i just want to be heard far away, and a little bit louder then i am now in the car. it sounds amazing, the lows are perfect but i want the mid/ high bass a little louder. i want to feel it in my chest so it almost makes you loose your breath. So if i can do that ill be happy. so a little louder, and make it hurt your chest. lol

Make her ride up front man..You can fit 3 people in front seat cant you??Seatbelts for 3 people??Take the buckets out, and put a bench seat in!! Or Sell the car, and get an SUV, or a mini van..Who cares what you drive,I care about my tunes!!

My teammate has had major issues gainingdbs as well. and it isnt the subs or power. His car flexes too much and absorbs too much. I suspect you have the same issue. He could do more to gain and make his car solid, but then that changes his class. So, if your just looking for louder daily and dont compete, try extra deadening and sealing air leaks. Otherwise it might be the same situation as my teammate.

yep my 08 impala was a rattle trap but 3 layers of deadning and 8 cans of expandable foam later...worlds difference....hey ben theres a reason they quit making pontiacs lol

More cone area and 2 times as much power you should be a little louder than op.
