Weird. I've bought a few things, and they were average, and thats cool, but I've never seen this message before... lol idk if its new, or the difference between AVG and avast.

There's the problem, IMO. AVG and Avast are both prone to false positives when it comes to viruses/phishing websites.

I use either Norton or Kaspersky, and have never had an issue with OCS.

every page i go to on there redirects me to some google safe browsing site...
