Btw, It maybe hard to claim back on the credit card because you did authorise it. Usually they only protect against unauthorized use. It maybe covered under a fraud protection plan if your card/bank offers that. But a lot of times the stay out of it. If you used ebay with paypal they may hel.....nevermind. the time frame is too great.

So sorry to hear you got hosed like this. Contact your CC company and tell them this company is ripping you off and put in a dispute as soon as you can before it gets late. Also put in a complaint with the BBB.com

Every so often a new online web store pops up with great prices, they rip off a bunch of people and just dissapear and dealercost seems to be the newest one of these scam sites.
