one speaker is louder than the rest

I have a kenwood and a sony xplod as my fronts and 2 crappy wal mart speakers in the back powered but my autotek and the Kenwood is alot louder than everything else, all the setting are the same on the amp and radio. and help?

get new speakers...get a new PAIR of speakers.
