so will this amp run the two 4 ohm subs on mono?

It says two channel so try it if it doesn't sound right unhook it and ask someone at a shop or something for a little more hands on help most are willing if your respectful to them. It should do it at about 130w a piece.

 
No, it says it will do 130W x 1 @ 4ohm. If you have two 4ohm subs in parallel, that would be a 2ohm load, which this amp cannot do. If you wire them in series, that would be an 8ohm load, which would not make the rated power.
