I made one of those scoche boom stick crap SPL meters Read error by yelling at it for about 10 seconds...twas quite funny. You have no Idea how many people come into my shop wanting me to meter there system with one. Edit...I always put on my Ear Protection (Ear Muffs for Releasing all of the air outa the 150 gallon air tank gets quite loud and hurts the ears) when I get i someones car to meter it with the boomstick SPL shit meter. I need to take a picture of me in their cars with the ear muffs on with that boom stick...that would make a great sig.
