Best Glue to glue dustcaps

What is the best glue to glue dustcaps? My friend usually uses CA glue but it is too brittle from what he told me. So CA glue is out of the question.

CA glue comes inabout 30 flavors...Id suggest the rubber based version from Bob Smith adhesives.
